‘There will be rain in Delhi-UP till April 6…’ IMD’s warning, know how it will be in the country this week

Weather News: Once again a change is being seen in the weather across the country. The weather remained cold in Delhi due to rain on Tuesday. According to the Indian Meteorological Department (IMD), this unusually rainy weather is likely to continue throughout the week and Delhi will remain cloudy till Monday, April 6. A similar situation may arise again around 3rd and 4th April.

According to IMD, a slight drop of 1 to 2 degrees Celsius has been recorded in the maximum temperature of Delhi in the last 24 hours, while there was no significant change in the minimum temperature. The night temperature ranged between 18 to 20 degrees Celsius, indicating pleasant weather, while the day temperature ranged between 33 to 34 degrees Celsius.

Where will it rain today?
According to the Meteorological Department, the weather in the northern and north-western parts of India is going to be challenging in the coming days, due to which light to moderate rain, thunder, lightning and strong winds will occur in many states. Today on Wednesday (April 1), there is a possibility of sporadic rain at many places in Punjab, Haryana, Chandigarh, Delhi, Western Uttar Pradesh and Western Rajasthan. Apart from this, winds will blow at a speed of 30 to 50 km per hour. A similar situation can be seen in Eastern Rajasthan on April 1 also.

There is a possibility of change in the weather by the end of this week due to the influence of western disturbance. There is a possibility of snowfall, storm and strong winds in Jammu and Kashmir, Ladakh, Gilgit-Baltistan and Muzaffarabad as well as Himachal Pradesh and Uttarakhand between April 3 and 6. Meanwhile, there is a possibility of sporadic rain, storm and winds blowing at a speed of up to 60 km per hour in Punjab, Haryana, Chandigarh and Delhi, Western Uttar Pradesh and some parts of Rajasthan.

Rain in West Bengal and Sikkim also
According to the Meteorological Department, even in the eastern and north-eastern regions Season There is a possibility of change. There may be a storm with light to moderate rain in Sub-Himalayan West Bengal and Sikkim between April 1-2. Similar situation is likely to prevail in Jharkhand between 1st and 4th April, in Bihar between 1st and 6th April and in Odisha between 1st to 4th April.
