Vande Bharat Express Train: Union Railway Minister and BJP leader Ashwini Vaishnav made a big announcement on Friday (June 2) regarding the Vande Bharat Express train. He said, “Vande Bharat will start covering all the states by June. We have a target to connect 200 cities with Vande Bharat by the middle of next year, production work is also going on fast.
Union Minister Ashwini Vaishnav said that India’s Vande Bharat train has become a world-class train, which is 160-180 km. Runs at hourly speed. Only 8 countries in the world have the capability to manufacture such trains. He further targeted the Congress that the facilities in the Railways are world class and the infrastructure is being strengthened. Before the year 2014, only 21,000 kilometers of railway lines were electrified, while today this figure has reached 37,000 kilometers.
What did Ashwini Vaishnav say?
BJP leader Ashwini Vaishnav claimed that in the year 2014, four km of railway tracks were being laid daily, while today 14 km of railway tracks are being laid daily. He told that about 800 crore people travel by train annually, 250 crore people travel by road and 30 crore people travel by air. India always depended on the world for telecom technology, but today due to ‘Make in India’ India’s technology is being exported to the most prosperous countries of the world.

Further claimed that by 2026 India will become the fourth largest economy of the world and by 2027-28 we will be among the three largest economies of the world.
