Shahrukh Khan is at the top among the celebrity taxpayers who pay income tax, Virat Kohli is also in the list

Celebrity Taxpayers In 2024: Bollywood’s King Khan Shah Rukh Khan is at the top among celebrity taxpayers from the field of Bollywood and sports. Shah Rukh Khan has paid Rs 92 crore as income tax in the financial year 2023-24. Tamil film actor Vijay is at the second position who has paid Rs 80 crore as income tax during the last financial year. Cricketer Virat Kohli is at the first position in terms of paying income tax among sportspersons, who has paid Rs 66 crore as income tax, while former Indian cricket team captain Mahendra Singh Dhoni is at the second position with Rs 38 crore.

Bollywood’s celebrity taxpayers

Fortune India has released the list of celebrity taxpayers for the financial year 2023-24. According to this list Shahrukh Khan has paid Rs 92 crore as income tax. Actor Vijay is in second place with a tax payment of Rs 80 crore and Salman Khan is in third place with a tax payment of Rs 75 crore. Big B i.e. Amitabh Bachchan has paid Rs 71 crore as income tax in 2023-24. Ajay Devgan has paid Rs 42 crore and Ranbir Kapoor has paid Rs 36 crore as income tax.

Hrithik Roshan Rs. 28 crores, Kapil Sharma Rs. 26 crores, Kareena Kapoor Rs. 20 crores, Shahid Kapoor Rs. 14 crores, Kiara Advani Rs. 12 crores and katrina kaif has paid Rs 11 crore as tax. Pankaj Tripathi is also included in this list. He has paid Rs 11 crore as income tax. Aamir Khan has paid Rs 11 crore, Malayalam film actor Mohanlal has paid Rs 14 crore, Allu Arjun has paid Rs 14 crore as income tax.

Cricketers are also among the celebrity taxpayers

A large number of cricketers are also included among the celebrity taxpayers. Virat Kohli is at the first position with a tax payment of Rs 66 crore. Mahi i.e. Mahendra Singh Dhoni has paid Rs 38 crore as income tax. Master Blaster Sachin Tendulkar has paid Rs 28 crore as income tax in the financial year 2023-24. All-rounder Hardik Pandya has paid Rs 13 crore and Rishabh Pant has paid Rs 10 crore as income tax.
