The fast of Mokshada Ekadashi will be broken on 12 December 2024 between 7:05 am to 09:09 am.

Method of breaking the fast of Mokshada Ekadashi (Mokshada Ekadashi Vrat Paran vidhi)

Mokshada Ekadashi fast is broken after sunrise on the next day of the fast. Before breaking the fast, take bath and wear clean clothes. After this, wear yellow clothes and worship Lord Krishna. Offer yellow flowers, Panchamrit and Tulsi leaves to Shri Krishna. After this, chant the mantras of Lord Krishna or recite Geeta. Then feed the Brahmins and give them donations.

Eating rice is considered prohibited on Ekadashi, but rice must be donated the next day after breaking the fast. Parana is performed by eating rice on the next day of Mokshada Ekadashi.
