IEDs were used in all these three blasts. Mastermind Azadveer Singh is a resident of Wadala Kalan in Amritsar and is a Khalistan supporter. A case has already been registered against Azadveer for inciting religious sentiments. It is being told that in June 2021, Deepak Sharma, a resident of Bhalla Colony of Chheharta, had filed a case against Azadveer for hurting religious sentiments. After which Sri Sri 1008 Mahamandaleshwar Swami Ashneel Maharaj of Sri Ram Balaji Dham Charitable Trust met the Police Commissioner to take action against Azadveer. After this, he started getting threatening calls from Pakistan. Then Mahamandaleshwar had told the police that Azadveer had contact with the people sitting in Pakistan. But the police took it lightly and no major action was taken against Azadveer.

According to the Hindi newspaper Amar Ujala, police investigation has revealed that Azadveer also posed for a photo with a bomb in his hand on the roof of the Saragarhi parking before the blasts. Whose photo has been recovered from Azadveer’s mobile. On behalf of Azadveer and his associates, Heritage Street was deliberately chosen for the bomb blast. So that he can spread terror in the area. It is being told that Azadvir Singh considers Jarnail Singh Bhindranwala as his ideal. After getting addicted to drugs, he got involved in the world of crime.
