Jharkhand News: Today at four o’clock in the case of the death of Jharkhand’s well-known mob lynching Tabrej Ansari, the Seraikela court gave its verdict. In fact, the Seraikela Court has sentenced all the ten convicts to 10 years imprisonment under IPC section 304 (culpable homicide not amounting to murder). Among the culprits, Bhim Singh Munda, Kamal Mahato, Madan Nayak, Atul Mahali, Sunamo Pradhan, Vikram Mandal, Chamu Nayak, Prem Chand Mahali, Mahesh Mahali have been taken into custody.

Tabrez was thrashed on suspicion of theft
On 18 June 2019, Tabrez was thrashed by a mob on suspicion of theft in Dhatkidih. Which was later handed over to the police. From where he was sent to judicial custody after medical examination. Where Tabrez was admitted to Sadar Hospital on June 21 when his health deteriorated. In this sequence, on 22 June 2019, Tabrez died during treatment. A total of 13 people were arrested by the police in the case. Except the main accused Pappu Mandal, all the 12 accused were out on bail.

On the other hand, the defense lawyer SC Hajra told that the whole case has been misrepresented. Tabrez’s murder was not mob lynching. It has been misrepresented. Politics and police together have tried to take the case in the wrong direction. He said that there is faith in the law, justice will definitely be found.
