Molestation with a minor in Chitrakoot, on complaining, the relatives of the accused pelted sticks and stones

UP News: In Chitrakoot, Uttar Pradesh, a family had to complain about molestation. The goons vandalized the house of the victim’s family with sticks and pelted stones, due to which many people were injured. The misdeeds of the goons have been captured in the CCTV camera installed there, which is going viral on social media. The case pertains to Khandeha village of Mau Police Station area.

According to information, a 9-year-old girl had gone to a nearby shop on a bicycle to buy samosas, where a youth named Tuiya Maharaj alias Rohit, a resident of the village, stopped her and started asking for her bicycle. When the girl refused to give the cycle, the accused overbearing youth caught hold of her and started doing obscene acts. After this, the victim freed herself from him and reached her home. He himself told his past to his family members. When the family members of the victim reached the house of the accused to complain about this, on the contrary, his family members started abusing him.

After this, in the late evening, the accused youth and his family along with dozens of people raided the house of the victim’s family with sticks and started vandalizing their shop. When the victim’s family reached the roof after saving their lives, the goons pelted stones there too. Due to this many people got injured due to stone pelting.

Police sent the injured for medical

The relatives of the victim informed about this on dial 112 number, after which the accused ran away after seeing the police who reached the spot. At the same time, the misdeeds of the bullies have been captured in the CCTV camera installed in the house. The victim’s family has demanded action against the accused by giving a complaint in the police station. 4 people of the victim’s family were injured due to stone pelting, which have been sent by the police for medical treatment.

Legal action continues – Police

In this case, Superintendent of Police Vrinda Shukla says that the incident of molestation with a small girl is being told. When he was protested by the family, the opposition and some other people along with him entered the house and beat him up. When the police received information about this, immediately taking cognizance of it, a case has been registered under appropriate sections and all legal action is being taken.
