Premchand Aggarwal said that after assuming the responsibility, the construction agency, which was working for the smart city in the past, was shown the way out. He said that road sewerage and drainage are important in the Smart City project.

The work of the road has been given to the Public Works Department. The Irrigation Department was entrusted with the drainage and the Drinking Water Corporation was entrusted with the sewerage. He told that the central government has given one more extension in the work of smart city. It is expected that the work of Smart City will be completed in due time. He said that the work of making green buildings under Smart City will be started soon. Urban Development Minister Premchand Aggarwal said that the government is brainstorming for the municipal elections.

He told that the work of OBC reservation is going on. Voter list work is also to be done for the municipal elections. In such a situation, if both the works are done on time, the elections will also be conducted on time. He further said that the BJP is ready for the Lok Sabha elections. Premchand Aggarwal described Prime Minister Narendra Modi as a charismatic leader. He claimed that once again under the leadership of PM Modi, with the blessings of the people, the BJP government is going to be formed in the country.
