Rathore said, “The intention of the government is clear that it is not in favor of getting the accused of Jaipur bomb blast punished as soon as possible. Therefore, on May 13, on the 15th anniversary of the Jaipur bomb blast, the Bharatiya Janata Party will come to Jaipur in support of the families of the victims. Will protest in 250 wards of K. Former Additional Solicitor General Maninder Singh, Advocate Shiv Mangal Sharma, Advocate Hemant Nahata and Sanjeev Singhal’s team will advocate in the Supreme Court to get justice for the victims of Jaipur bomb blast on behalf of BJP.”
State government did not take any action
Rathore said that the High Court had raised questions on the poor lobbying and investigation of the investigating agency, police, prosecution in the March 29 verdict. Along with this, the High Court had also given instructions to take action against the guilty officers, but even after 43 days, the state government did not take any action. Only one Additional Advocate General was removed considering him guilty. Rathore said that the matter of resignation of 92 Congress-backed MLAs is under consideration in the High Court.
He said that it is surprising that the state government calls big advocates from the Supreme Court of Delhi by paying crores of rupees to represent its MLAs, while the government has not taken any kind of action in such cases which are related to public sentiments.
