Rajendra Rathore said that after this, on April 13, 2023, the Bharatiya Janata Party Rajasthan filed a writ petition in the Supreme Court on behalf of the two victims of the Jaipur bomb blast, Rajeshwari Devi Dharmapatni and Abhinandan Tiwari, to quash the High Court’s order of March 29, 2023. Rathore said, “The intention of the government is clear that it is not in favor of getting the accused of Jaipur bomb blast punished as soon as possible. Therefore, on May 13, on the 15th anniversary of the Jaipur bomb blast, the Bharatiya Janata Party will come to Jaipur in support of the families of the victims. Will protest in 250 wards of K. Former Additional Solicitor General Maninder Singh, Advocate Shiv Mangal Sharma, Advocate Hemant Nahata and Sanjeev Singhal’s team will advocate in the Supreme Court to get justice for the victims of Jaipur bomb blast on behalf of BJP.”

State government did not take any action
Rathore said that the High Court had raised questions on the poor lobbying and investigation of the investigating agency, police, prosecution in the March 29 verdict.
