Bilaspur News: School Education Department has taken major action in Bilaspur district of Chhattisgarh. Actually it happened that the principal of High School Bahtarai gave 20 stools to the coaching director without the permission of the school management committee. On the complaint of the villagers, the coaching staff returned 10 stools in a broken condition. Apart from this, the principal himself gave leave to other lecturers while he was on leave. On the basis of the inquiry report, the Under Secretary of School Education Department has suspended two lecturers including the Principal of Bahtrai School in this matter.
Sanction of leave to other teachers of the school while on leave
Nisha Tiwari is working as Principal in the Government High School Bahtarai of the district. She was on medical leave for a total of 70 days from 18 July 2022 to 25 September 2022. At the same time, he also gave a long leave to the lecturer of the school, Jitendra Kumar, during his leave. Not only this, he also approved the leave of other public servants of the school. The surprising thing is that instead of applying for leave to lecturer Shweta Singh, who was taking over as principal during Principal Nisha Tiwari’s leave, the lecturers and other staff members applied to Nisha Tiwari and Nisha Tiwari herself went on leave. His application was also accepted while he was alive.

High fees collected from students
The villagers of Bahtrai had complained about the amount being collected more than the prescribed fee. In the investigation, instead of Rs.30, it was found that Rs.50 was being charged by the principal in the Red Cross fund as a fee. It was also revealed in the investigation that Principal Nisha Tiwari had pressurized the teachers to charge more fees from the students. He charged 50 rupees from the students as fee, but he deposited the amount in the bank according to 30 rupees only. Apart from this, the principal Tiwari spent the school grant amount received by the government on himself without the proposal and consent of the school development committee. The amount of other funds was also found to be spent by the principal on his own without constituting the purchase committee in the school.
