According to the information, the survey report was to be presented today but the Court Commissioner has asked for 15 days’ time from the court citing his ill health. The court will give the next date by 4 pm.

The matter pertains to the Civil Court located at Chandausi in Sambhal. In this context, the Court Commissioner said that we have asked for 15 days’ time to submit the survey report. Had fever for four-five days. That’s why time has been asked. The court can announce the next date by 4 pm. On the question of how many pages will the report be and what is contained in it, the Court Commissioner said that it is not appropriate to say anything on this right now. The Supreme Court has guidelines in this matter.

Mosque side’s lawyer Zafar Ali said that we have objection to asking for more time for this survey report, which we have filed. The report to be presented now will be in a sealed cover.
