Channel feature will be available soon
WhatsApp channel feature is also going to be given to the users soon. It is currently a work in progress which is available to some beta testers. Only group admins will be able to post in the channel feature. Along with this, the details of the group members will remain private. That is, the profile or number of group members will not be visible to other people.
Meta is also bringing another option to find channels called Channel Filter. Users can choose the option of recently added, popularity or alphabetically to find channels in the app. By selecting any one option, you will be able to easily find the channel you are looking for. That is, the company is bringing this feature so that you can easily find useful channels among many channels.
