Big action by UP police in Dholpur, gangster’s land attached with the help of local administration

Dholpur News: Taking action, the Uttar Pradesh Police has attached the land of a gangster in Bari tehsil of Dholpur district and Kanchanpur police station in village Sukha Ka Pura. Uttar Pradesh Police executed this action with the help of local administration and police. The police has attached one bigha of 13 Viswa agricultural land belonging to the gangster. The value of attached agricultural land is said to be around 25 lakhs. Now this agricultural land has become government.

According to the information, the Kheragarh police of Agra district has been searching for gangster Jaswant Gurjar, a resident of Sukha Ka Pura village of Thana Kanchanpur area, since 2017. Jaswant Gurjar is absconding in many criminal cases. The Kheragarh police of Agra district had registered a case against Jaswant Gurjar in the year 2017 under sections 395, 412 and in 2019 under the Gangster Act. Since then the accused Jaswant Gurjar is absconding. That’s why the court ordered to attach the gangster’s property.

Police reached Dhaulpur after taking orders from the court
After this, the Kheragarh police reached Dholpur district after taking the orders of the court. The police told the administrative and police officers here about the order of attachment of the gangster’s property received from the court. The revenue team of Bari tehsil, local police and Kheragarh police station were also present during the process of confiscating the property of the gangster. While taking the action, the police made the villagers shout with the help of drums and mike. After that the gangster’s land was attached. Now this land will remain under the government till the advance order of the court.

In this case, Bari Tehsildar Purushottam Lal said that the Kheragarh police of Agra district of Uttar Pradesh had come here to attach the property of an absconding gangster Jaswant Gurjar with the order of the court. The property of the gangster has been attached as per the court order and rules. Now this 1 bigha 13 viswa land will remain under the control of the government till the advance order of the court.
